Seasonal Sites

Full Service Site
20/30/50 amp services, water and sewer at every site.
Deposit
will secure your site. Location selection is then made on a first come - first served basis.
Utility Deposit
due upon arrival. Electricity will be billed mid summer and when leaving
Cancellation Policy
*All cancellations more than 30 days out will be charged a $10 cancellation fee or the cost of the processing fee whichever is greater
*All cancellations less than 30 days out with loose their deposit which is 50% of the stay
*All cancellations less than 7 days out from the start of the reservation will pay for the entire stay
All Sites are charged a 1.5% grounds fee & come with a dock slip . The price shown is the base price for 2 adults, add $5 per day for each additional adult. Extra dock slip is $20/day if one is available
